The Mediterranean diet is a nutritional recommendation from Mediterranean Sea countries. The principal ingredients of Mediterranean diet are virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, whole grains, herbs, spices, legumes, fruits, leafy green vegetables, fish, moderate consumption of cheese and yogurt products, and low consumption of meat products.

Taboola salad

This is one of the famous Mediterranean salad that been loved by everybody. In this recipe, I am trying to change burghul by quinoa (Gluten free), however, you can use burghul if you are not restricted to gluten-free diet.
